proposer des <strong>massages de pr\u00e9paration<\/strong> en vue d\u2019un objectif et\/ou de <strong>r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration<\/strong> apr\u00e8s celui-ci, \u00e0 un <strong>tarif pr\u00e9f\u00e9rentiel r\u00e9serv\u00e9 au club<\/strong> \ud83d\ude0a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je viens de m\u2019installer \u00e0 <strong>Cerelles<\/strong>, au <strong>p\u00f4le sant\u00e9<\/strong>, apr\u00e8s avoir travaill\u00e9 <strong>8 ans chez Kin\u00e9sport<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je pratique le <strong>trail depuis presque 15 ans<\/strong> \ud83c\udfc3\u200d\u2640\ufe0f\u26f0\ufe0f et je peux t\u00e9moigner des nombreux bienfaits des massages, que ce soit en pr\u00e9paration ou simplement pour prendre soin de soi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udc49 Le massage :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul
